It's ironic. The web was supposed to make shopping easier, wasn't it?

I'm trying to replace an item. Everyone says they have them if you look on their website, but when you walk into the store, no one has them in-store. ALL the websites allow 3rd-party sellers to list stuff even tho you select 'only show in-stock at my location.' So, they may 'have' them, but really, it's the 3rd-party sellers that will sell them, and only from the big-box store's website!

I'm annoyed.
