I'm usually fine doing my late shift of 11am till 8pm. Unless I'm working again the next day from 9am till 6pm. By the time I get home it's like, "Oh yay! Only 12 hours until I have to drag myself back to work. Most of which is going to be spent unconscious."
So much for work/life balance.
