That ISBN does match, but I've just... obtained... Brute Orbits and it doesn't seem like what's described in the picture. It's about futuristic prisons and seems to have little or no cyberpunk elements.

Some record players came with an adapter you could fit over the center peg which was sized to fit 45s. As for why the holes were so big, I think it had something to do with jukebox mechanisms, since that was what they were commonly found in.

For a while the best/fanciest digital cameras had three CCDs, one for each RGB color channel. I'm not sure if that's still the case or if the color filter process is now good enough to replace it.
