Median family income in the US increased from $10,000 in 1971 to $106,000 today, only a 10x increase.

However, the median cost of homes increased from $25,000 to $445,000, a 17x increase.

And the median cost of cars increased from $3,600 to $50,000, a 14x increase.

The median cost of college increased from $2,900 a year to $45,000, a 16x increase.

And the average cost of healthcare per person increased from $350 to $14,600, a 42x increase.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

People don’t realize what’s happening.

$2,000,000,000,000 wiped out from the US stock market in the past month.

Truly insane numbers.

OpenAI’s planned cash burn is insane...

Tesla burned $9.3B before turning profitable.
Netflix burned $11.1B before turning profitable.
Uber burned $11.2B before turning profitable.

OpenAI plans to burn $218B.

I’m sure everything is fine.

Good employees don't quit jobs, they quit:

• Low pay
• Bad bosses
• Office politics
• Toxic workplaces
• Micro-management
• Feeling undervalued
• No work-life balance
• Lack of opportunities

It's 100% okay to leave jobs that no longer serve you.

It's important to be happy where you work. You spend a lot of time there.

Deaths are higher in emergency rooms of hospitals owned by private equity firms, per Harvard University.

They did the math: It’s cheaper to let you die than to save you with a procedure you can’t afford.

This is what happens when profits are prioritized over people.

JUST IN: You can now use buy now, pay later for your rent.

Rent Now, Pay Later is a new option for renters where you pay a fee or a monthly subscription and if you miss a payment, interest rates go way up.

THIS IS VERY VERY BAD.

An entire generation is now realizing that owning a home will NEVER be an option for them.

Our parents bought homes with single incomes and now you can’t even rent a 2 bedroom without dual incomes.

This isn’t a personal failure, it’s a system failure.

Society isn’t ready for the consequences of this. A generation with ZERO stake in the system would rather watch it all burn down.
