How's this for customer service & consumer retention?
Someone has an item in the demo area of an event that involves sitting, picking a pose, adjusting cam, picking tinted lighting... And before I could finish it kicked me off and IMed that it had a limited time for the demonstration (no prior warning or countdown). I IMed them they lost a sale not letting people actually try the features and they sent this back (this was their entire message):
"I mean, after reading your profile, I'm so happy my product didn't satisfy you. Please, by all means, you just made my day!"
