This is my strongest cooking skill to date. It’s this magical recipe from a vegetarian cookbook from the 70s my friend Bridget gave me. It basically taught me how to make a soup and whatever vegetables I happen to have I can use other than the required cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes. It’s so good and it’s a little bit different every time, which is fun. I’ve never had a bad batch.

A little blue sky and everything changes! Apparently it’s going to be summer for a few days 🤤
