Pain levels have spiked to the point where my circulation has shut off so my hands & feet are frozen. Now I'm debating whether I should put on a pair of socks before falling asleep but that would require getting out of bed & I think exhaustion's going to knock me out so I bother!

On the ball this weekend, I got the next week to 2 weeks worth of baking done. I have a freezer full of options between buns, cinnamon buns, tea biscuits & marble cake. I missed baking & it's funny how I still remember all the little tricks even though I haven't baked since 2017.

Every week it seems to be a new frustration that's beyond my control setting off my anxieties! This week's frustration is I'm missing my CPP t-slip & because I discovered our section of the mailbox unit unlocked by an absent minded postal deliverer not once but twice in the past month I'm a little concerned that slip might be in somebody else's hands but after calling them today I now have to wait another week to see if it shows up or not! FML!

I'm not much of a fan of reality TV but I finally got sucked into the Traitors though I really didn't know the contestants from the 1st 2 seasons after checking out a bit of the 1st episodes of each out but Bob the Drag queen stopped me on the S3 so that's where I'll start & maybe later go back to the 1st 2!

My day so far, up at 3:30 a.m. cuz somebody in the building was losing their shit somewhere so I did my 2 buckets of laundry today then went back to sleep for 2 hrs cuz I was wiped out. Watch a movie that I have since I couldn't get the remote to work with the cable box so I could kill some time until Telus starts answering the phone. I'm making some buns so I mixed up the dough that I'm going to let it sit & rise while I lay down for another nap cuz I'm wiped out again.

I've been having problems with my cable remote since last night but I had to wait until after 9 a.m. today to call them & deal with their stupid AI answering service so after we fixed the problem I complained to the technician about the AI which they replied 'AI is the way of the future' to which I replied back 'NO it's the death of the future' & hung up on them! The world's going to become too dependent on something that can easily be taken away!

Fuck! It's been a week & I still can't get off my floor! The elevator's still not working! And even though I've asked 4 times already I still haven't heard back from anyone from Onward! Yeah I'm now calling out their identity because I'm not going to refer to them as BMC anymore cuz I'm not protecting their identity anymore! They're screwing with the tenants of this building some of which can't get off their floors cuz they're disabled like myself & they're refusing to even talk to us! I honestly cannot wait until I eventually die so I can stink up the place with my fucking corpse! All I can hope is my cat has passed by then so she doesn't end up having to eat me!

When I was talking to an Aish worker today I was telling them that I saw another story on the news last Friday on how the disabled community is concerned about the lack of family doctors & how this was going to affect their chances of getting on Aish or staying on it come July & this worker advised me to maybe watch less news! To which I reply NO perhaps Aish & the UCP government who are making these changes should have properly consult us instead of leaving it for the news to a story on it which ends up upsetting & worrying us! We are less than 6 months away from these changes & even the Aish workers themselves have no idea how this is going to be done & hearing that is alarming to me!

So Aish paid me my Feb benefits minus the $200 CDB that I got in Jan & now they're sending me a form to fill giving them permission to take the 6-month CDB back payment that I got from the Feds before they can take that money off future deposits... I think that's my understanding! Fuck if I know anymore but this seems like it's a lot of red tape for a province that has a red tape reduction office!

Well I shave my head again this morning as it's been 2 weeks since the last shave, I got 2 movies watched, ate breakfast & did up the dishes so now I need a nap. I get to call Aish later this morning so I'll do that after my nap. I wonder if that elevator will be working this week cuz I have still heard nothing from BMC in regards to what I'm supposed to do if this is long-term or how long this is going to go on! Not! One! Word! From! Them! Only a notice on the elevator after 2 days of it not working saying it's out of order & they are working on it! As a disabled person who can't get very far without my walker I find this very disheartening but then again since they don't give a crap about the fact that I've been doing laundry by hand for the past 2 years because of the laundry card BS I'm not surprised that they're failing me on this too!

Tomorrow I start a new marathon but I won't be posting like I've been doing. February is when I do my acceptance, family, friends & love stories though I don't have too many romantic movies as I've never really enjoyed those but there are a few musicals & a lot of my favorite Christmas family movies land in here. I may not know what love is but I definitely know what it's not! Hopefully this year I won't lose interest like I did last year!
