So far, what I have built is a way to send playlists and podcasts to a series of fcc part 15 compliant transmitters. That underlying functionality all seems to be mostly working now. There are going to be the occasional latency problems due to using tor to connect everything. I would consider this phase one of the plan. Phase two is going to have some interesting challenges, but if I can get it there, this will be the first radio station truly for the people. That is the goal anyway.
