- House's body begins to emanate an odd phosphorescence, as the CIA brings him in to diagnose one of their agents. The rest of the team cures polio with some orange juice.
- In one of the best episodes of the whole series, a documentary crew is filming a deformed black teen's plastic surgery, but the kid is put at risk when he shows signs of another disease. In one of the most basted with red sauce pills moments in human history, knees are ensoggified as House and Wilson both verbally confirm that attractive women are not capable of being good at their jobs. House also reveals why he became a doctor.

TONIGHT ON A VERY SPECIAL HOUSE MONDAY (STARTING EARLIER TONIGHT)
- The best season of House begins. With no team, House must solve a mysterious case with the help of a janitor and maybe even Wilson. Cuddy is revealed to have some body odor issue.
- A gay patient is savagely beaten by a homophobe. That's not the premise, that's the ending, lewl.
- House hires 40 people and turns patient care into some sort of reality show game that is dangerous and might put lives at risk. A delusional NASA applicant/foid needs breast implants to save her life.
- Cute dog. Also, House commits suicide and dies.
- A patient is able to communicate with ghosts, destroying House's entire notion of what he thought was true as he slinks away in defeat.
