Newly-out (online) t-girl. My title says Sr. Staff Software Engineer, but I rarely code. I'm mentor more-junior engineers, identifying big rocks to move, rallying people that those big rocks are worth moving, putting fulcrums in place to get those rocks moved.
(If that sounds somewhat TPMish, yeah, it sounds that way to me too.)
