Apparently feeling like you are having the start of a heart attack every couple months from age 8-35 is actually “normal” and “benign”, i am just learning today… The human body is so fucked lol

This has been happening to me since i was a kid. I thought I was having little heart attacks or something, but i couldn’t find anything online about it and was dismissed by doctors. Is this not normal?
