300 years ago, Johann Andreas Eisenmenger spent 19 years of his life pretending to be jewish to reveal what jews actually teach in the synagogues. He then wrote Entdecktes Judenthum (Judaism Unmasked)

I did find a high quality archive scan of the 1711 edition, however it wasn't only excessively large (~1 GB each part), but also written in extremely dense Gothic script (and in 17th century German, of course). While the latter two don't pose a problem for me per se, attempting to read it is not exactly a pleasant experience, especially for a work of this size.
The Internet Archive has a "contemporary updated" version from 1893, courtesy of Harvard University, which unfortunately is severely edited, first by omitting all of the Hebrew source text, and second by skipping entire "boring" chapters, as well as softening some "obscene" parts (according to the editor), reducing the page count from 2,127 to just 591. In other words, it's severely jewed (and also still in Gothic font).
There's also an English work attributed to Eisenmenger called "Rabbinical literature: or, the traditions of the Jews, contained in their Talmud and other mystical writings.", which claims to be an English translation of Entdecktes Judenthum, but it's less than 500 pages, and apart from the subject matter and general writing style, reads completely different. It's likely at best an excerpt.

I did compare your version with the scans of the first two pages of the first chapter I poasted earlier today, and it appears to be legit.
