Pretty excited to see how this bench finishes up. I hope to be able to do a black Danish cord weave seat this weekend . It is out in the sun today to speed up a bit of the color darkening of the mahogany .

Every night we cook dinner with music playing as we reconnect and share our day. My son has seen this most of his life and I guess he took notes . He ordered a vinyl pressing of our favorites . This has to be the best gifts either of us have ever received ... It would bring a tear to a glass eye.

I decided I wanted to teach myself how to do Danish cord weaving. My first attempt went well but there is clearly room for improvement

Sometimes it is great to snuggle up with a good book . Many years gone but due to popular demand it has returned. 675 pages of tools,kits,supplies,etc .

These are on the frozen creek behind the house. Not sure if the ice is strong enough to hold me yet . Anyway ,I suspect these are coyote tracks . Can anyone confirm ? I did not see any ACME boxes on the shoreline

Wrapped up this little writing table in time for delivery Saturday . Customer is in a wheelchair and r quested locking caters on the legs . Cherry and curly maple.
