Working Copy has a custom LFS implementation as the official one requires a shell environment and golang.
It has taken a lot of work but I’m finally able to clone LFS repositories that run entirely over SSH as introduced with LFS-3.0:

I'm a little late but beta testing is starting for the iOS 26 version of Working Copy.
Help me iron out bugs while taking advantage of the new powerful menu bar on iPad, the ability to open files in other apps with in-place editing and the liquid glass design.
Working Copy is a large app with a lot of functionality and I wasn’t able to complete a iOS 26 version for day 1.
But I expect to have something ready next month matching the Liquid Glass aesthetic where the main menu on iPadOS 26 will be the most substantial improvement.
