Nora and the Time Studio is fun, it's practically an Atelier game but simplified and based on time magic. Unofficial fan translation is good other than the overuse of the word "swole" by one character that feels like it could have been handled better. No ingredient qualities or attaching traits from 20 items, but it still works well as a system. I feel like I am nearing endgame after one year of play in-game and the time limit is three, and I didn't exactly do things efficiently.
