I know this will not apply to everyone who reads my feed, but if you are allergic, you need to know that the shepherds pie in #Aldi frozen section contains for some unknown reason anchovies. Because of my own allergies and sensitivities I am making groceries and reading lots of labels. As it is a working migraine day thanks to our nasty insane weather, I was in search of something that one of us could just throw in the oven preferably comforting but it will not be that. We don’t have fish allergies here but I was personally put off by that very odd included ingredient. Now I think the next butcher box will contain ground lamb and I’ll make one from scratch at some point. I doubt the pork chops I was planning for tonight will get made. I swear I can’t win on the dinner front these days. Meh.

Okay. So I have a parent of a blind child now in her freshman year of college on my fb page. Mommy shipped her kid off to Florida school for deaf and blind when she was 11 because she was being bullied. So mommy posts about how she’s driving from where she lives in west palm beach to Jacksonville where daughter is in college to clip her toenails and take her grocery shopping. Ps. That’s a long ass drive. So someone on her page is all. Oh those poor blind people who can’t clip their nails. So I having clipped my nails for as long as I can remember felt the need stupidly to be all. Blind people do clip their own nails including toenails. So now mommy is messaging me because daughter can’t clip her nails, tie her shoes, or do up her bra clips. Do the blind schools teach nothing? Next I really want to encourage mommy to send daughter for skills training. But I also feel like I shouldn’t get involved. But these are things everyone needs to know how to do and mommy won’t be around for forever and that’s wrong to assume siblings will help her.
