There is little chance that Israel intentionally targeted an Iranian facility making weapons for Russia’s war in Ukraine. Israel has already made clear that they don’t want to openly antagonize Russia over Ukraine, lest it affect overflight rights in Syria.

Der Spiegel says the Germans are planning on sending at least 14 of their own Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. A recent review of German military assets determined that the Germans have 139 available to send.
