New paper out: "Peer Review at the Crossroads"
I analyzed 4 peer review models from traditional gatekeeping to Publish-Review-Curate. Key finding: no single model is ideal, but PRC shows promise for transparency & accessibility.

Finally, my review paper on university rankings has been published in Quantitative Science Studies https://doi.org/10.1162/qss_a_00317. It was a long way. Hope this paper will contribute to the discussion around university rankings and their role in research assessment and policy initiatives.
