@YakyuNightOwl@mastodon.world they keep talking about foot traffic, like PBA / "MC" didn't do everything they could to block every attempt to build bike lanes, transit, or housing 🙃 But the number they're really watching is the value of empty office buildings, which clark and washington county residents used to commute to. That worn-out economic model is never coming back.
