We're honoured to share that the EuroPython Society has posthumously named Michael Foord (1974–2025) an Honorary Fellow.

Michael was a core developer, the creator of mock, and a long-time force for connection, care, and curiosity in the Python community. Michael's contributions, kindness, and impact shaped our community in lasting ways. His legacy lives on in the tools he built and the people he inspired. 💛
