📚 I NEED FICTION BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS!

I tend to read/listen to a lot of non-fiction but I write exclusively fiction and need more of that in my life.

some newer series I like:
- ASOIAF
- Hunger Games
- Murderbot
- ASOUE

some older books I like:
- Hitchhiker's Guide
- LOTR
- Rats of Nihm
- Watership Down
- Afternoon of the Elves
- Flowers for Algernon

Simple or complicated, short stories or long epics, all is good. I'm not great with very slow starts or overly technical jargon.

We could stop making new clothes aside from stuff like socks underwear and we would still have generations worth of clothing for everyone. And all the fabric from the clothing no one is wearing could just be made into different clothes.

We desperately need to go back to making quality clothes, but we also need to deprogram people who learned about clothing through shopping fast fashion.

There is no such thing as a "safe" wish list. It will always involve giving your address to someone, probably multiple people.

A PO box is expensive, inaccessible to many, and someone can still slip and airtag in anything they send and suddenly they know what post office you frequent.

On top of that, wish lists are NOT NECESSARY.

JUST GIVE PEOPLE MONEY SO THEY CAN PAY THEIR BILLS.

Wishlists can't pay rent.

Hell is French customer service.

I don't know if this is in the US or everywhere, but as always, I recommend never using Amazon for mutual aid.

This was a problem before, they made a setting that *kind of* fixed it (and I still recommended not using them for multiple security reasons), and are now removing it.
