@GinevraCat @girlonthenet I got him through the backdoor really. Having one was a requirement of my surgery, so I have one long term through my obesity specialist. I couldn't get one at all in France. Nearly ended me.

I wish as a parent of a trans person I could say more about how fucking vital it is to support gender affirming care, but the story isn't mine to tell.
