US defense logistics agency is only able to resupply Thule in Greenland in the months of June/July using a convoy led by a CANADIAN icebreaker. The USA is militarily unable to occupy the nearest coast

@grumpydad@infosec.exchange If the USAF can't use Canadian bases, they'd need to run an air bridge from somewhere like Gander to Thule. That's 3000km each way. In winter temperatures drop to -55 ℃; It
