I worked with a dude who loved “ramen” but had never had it from a restaurant. He didn’t seem like he knew how to cook particularly well, and I’m not sure if he’d ever even left the suburbs he was born in. One day he was talking about how excited he was to go to a real ramen shop over the weekend. So next time I see him I asked how it went. He sighed and said he got a veggie ramen because he found out the meat ones were “made with bone” and he was grossed out by it. I could only say “of course, that’s how you make good soup.” Then I had to explain how you make stock or split pea with ham soup, etc. I think I ruined soup for him.

Wait until you hear what they did to serial cables.

I remember getting made fun of in middle school for listening to Nevermind, you know just a landmark in rock music because it was at the time almost 10 years old. Sigh.

Oh good it can fit the next Call of Duty game.

They’ve gotten too much shit actually renamed though. Denali, Gulf of Mexico, sort of the Department of Defense, Institute of peace. They aren’t gonna get anynone government contolled stuff renamed unless the owner is a real MAGA brown noser. The NFL isn’t gonna do shit he wants. The owners have hated him since the 80s.
