i just bookmark everything i like even slightly, then i can search them back again with their title on my searchbar. i also extract all the urls from bookmarks.html and download them once a year or so for archival.

you dual boot, why would there be a ‘windows’ process running on linux side? this doesn’t make sense. unless there’s some program you use on linux that is named ‘windows’ i’m inclined to believe this is a malware of some sort, maybe a crypto miner if it uses that much resource.

in some cases where they have good enough info about you already (creating from an android phone that isn’t “fishy” enough, etc), you can create a google acc without associating a phone number, at least it’s not shown on the google account info menu.

try the pulling CMOS battery thing (you also need to disconnect power btw), if it doesn’t work there should be a CMOS RESET jumper on your motherboard, try shorting that.

tbh i prefer white on grey or red on yellow tho, white on black is kinda hard to look at for long. black on white is good but many programs these days output very bright coloured text, almost impossible to read on white bg.
