@StellaQuasten@mastodon.nl wat ik zelf merk is dat elke generatie een andere soort belasting heeft gekend. wij hadden vooral veel doen, regelen en volhouden. jongeren hebben veel meer mentale druk en constante prikkels, waardoor hun vermoeidheid anders voelt. ik zie dat ze bewuster kiezen voor hun eigen grenzen en richting, en zie dat eigenlijk als een mooie ontwikkeling. het is alleen soms zoeken voor hen, omdat ze die verandering zelf nog niet altijd als groei herkennen
