One of the things I appreciate about this film is that everything's 100% sincere. Commited to what it's doing. In this spirit, I won't make any jokes about the part where all the birdmen go "drain her!! drain her!!!"
Pandora syndrome. This film's storyline is besides the point. It's just a damn near objectively weaker retelling of A New Hope. The world is why people care about this film. I wish I was the girl. I wish every object around me was carved so ornately. I wish I had something as tactile as this. I wish I could create something as tactile as this. I wish my hand didn't pass through everything in existence.
