Very much appreciate @juancommander@mastodon.social's reminder to us, at the start of what promises to be a dynamic post-lunch panel at #OASPA2025 that @PublicKnowledgeProject@mastodon.social is, at root, a scholar and research led initiative. The academic system needs to take the work of building community-led, open source/access initiatives much more seriously as a valid and vital form of academic labour
