With jtx Board 2.7.0 you can group your entries by week and month 📆 if you're working with locations, you can take them over now also from your local address book 🗃️ and you can now choose different fonts for the whole app in the settings ✍️ I hope you like the enhancements 😊

Here's some highlights of jtx Board 2.6.5 🤗
You can now re-arrange elements of the details screen moving each section where you would like to see it 🤓
For recurring events you can now also set a day relative from the month end (e.g. every last day of the month) 📆
A new filter on the list let's you filter elements by date range 🗓️
And if you use the contacts field you can now directly start a call 📞 or an email ✉️ from the field if it contains contact information 🤗

If you like having your tasks in notifications, you can enable an experimental features since 2.6.4 to immediately create a notification when you save a task. 🔔 I have also added a new setting "Accessibility mode" that ensures a minimum font size. 🧐 I hope you like the small enhancements. 😊

As I have missed to post an update on 2.6.3: you can now choose if you would like to see dates and times in your local, original or both timezones 🌍🌎🌏 you can now also activate an option to show only sub-entries that corresponds to your text search 🔍🤗

jtx Board 2.6.1 is ready and comes with a new setting to enable fullscreen alarms. In the list screen you can now also see the number of filtered and total entries. And as usual the update covers with some minor fixes and library version updates. I hope you like the enhancements! 🙂

Some users have reported that the jtx Board is sluggish, sometimes gets stuck or doesn't react anymore especially when writing and saving an entry - and even more when the sync is running in the background.
The problem is I cannot reproduce such a behavior and it might be caused by some specific constellations.
I would like to make this survey to find out how many of you feel like they are affected by this issue. Do you experience lags or UI freezes when viewing and editing single entries?

jtx Board 2.6.0 is out! 🥳 this version comes with a refactored widget with increased stability. The widget is now available for all compatible Android versions including Android 14!
Additionally the expanded/collapsed state of groups in list is now saved. And certainly some library and version updates come along with this release.
Even though the changes are not that visible, the technical foundation of the widget has changed significantly which deserved a new minor version number 😉
