I’m not sure where to place this query to word nerds, but amid the smithereens of the world he is making, the orange buffoon’s specific language tic has got to me and I want to know if there is a linguistic way of thinking about this:
“nothing like this has ever happened before, nothing like this has ever been seen”
What do we call this motif, this idiolect? It’s so insistent, like a mosquito.
