Cecilia "Cissy" Marshall, the widow of the trailblazing Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall and the keeper of his legacy, died Nov. 22.
She was 94.

I have investigated lots of Washington influence operations over the years.
I can't remember one that ramped up as quickly -- with as much money & as little apparent regard for the lines between corporate lobbying, political & nonprofit spending -- as FTX.
That slapdash approach concerned some involved, who warned the company to be more careful.
