I don't know who needs to hear this, but Trump is not the messiah. His attempt to paint himself as a christ figure is quite literally against all christian teaching and is blatantly both an ego soothe and a copy of Miklós Horthy's strategy to stoke a cult of personality in Hungary.

At this point it is impossible to separate any possible "good" use of AI from the destruction it causes and the fascist tech oligarchs who promote it above human welfare. @RollCall@flipboard.com Republicans fighting Republicans because they did something "woke" or "DEI" during the Obama or Biden administrations. It would be funny in a wacky bizarro world kind-of way if it wasn't deeply sad that politicians are behaving this way. Both of these candidates seem deeply disturbed and I hope they both bow out of politics to get some deeply needed therapy.

Government still focused on distracting the populace from its crimes whether epstein or war crime. It was recently discovered that the government registered (and plans to use) the aliens.gov domain.
How about instead of fueling fringe conspiracies and area 51 jokes, we fund Medicare. How about we fund climate protections and green energy? or combating rampant wealth inequality which is now at levels higher than the great depression and soon to rival the gilded age.
Our President continues to warmonger in Iran and is hoping to do so in Cuba (after starving the country out via blockades and trade restrictions). Every day innocent people are dying and congress continues to do nothing to stop this.
It seems to me there are far more pressing matters than "haha aliens amirite?" But go off I guess.
