I'm still surprised 16A 3-phase CEEform basically doesn't exist in the UK, everything is 32A 3p or 32A 1p or 16A 1p CEEform.
16A 3p CEE seems to only exist for big motors and stuff, then mostly without N, so just three phases and PE.
