It is more like taking someone's style *without consent at all*, and for profit.
Few societies and institutions teach about art appreciation to everyone, and the understanding of one's expression through art is also emotional investment, that's why creatives in traditional manual endeavors are understandably enraged at AI and its investors being tactless in taking their style and then mass-producing the generated media for aesthetic but soulless consumption.

The title of the article is extraordinary wrong that makes it click bait.
It’s the pain in the ass with some of those fucking tech/video/showbiz news outlets and then rules in some fora where you cannot make “editorialized” post titles, even though it’s so tempting to correct the awful titling.

Another reason why they stayed there for years is not only it's one of many channels for which to impart their news about their activities or telling users they have individual right to privacy, with fucking Musk now in charge, their presence sought to challenge that bastard's grip upon social media. Likewise, neither the UN nor Al-Jazeera are yet leaving the platform for the sake of informing the world and the oppressed in general, despite these organizations being opposed to right-wing warmongering, lying, and mafia capitalism, and Musk and those goddamned bots in response trying to harass or reduce their presence.

Finished compsci but interned as a computer technician and there I thrived. Instead of constantly having to keep up to date on programming: subscribing to journals, attending seminars and conferences, networking with other programmers, and of course (re)studying shit to get certified.
