@Rainer_Rehak Meine Wunschliste hier ist lang, aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich #Patentstreitigkeiten als Killer-Anwendung definieren. Die EU sollte sich auf das Abwehren von Ansprüchen aus US oder WO Patenten gegen Unternehmen in der EU konzentrieren, die ihre Dienstleistungen oder Produkte auch nur in der EU anbieten. Das Schlimmste, was einem IT-Startup in Berlin passieren kann, ist ein Patentstreit vor einem US Gericht. Bei EU oder DE Patenten ist die Situation deutlich günstiger.

@Rainer_Rehak Auch wenn ich der Kritik an #BigTech im Kern zustimme, kann #SmallTech in Dtl. oder sogar in Berlin nur in einem belastbaren EU Rechtsrahmen funktionieren. Lästige #StartUps mit Konkurenzpotential werden von BigTech ins Nirvana geklagt. Es sei denn, die Konkurrenz lässt sich tutto-kompletti günstig aufkaufen, das nennt man dann Exit-Strategie. Umgekehrt scheint das Einklagen von Urheberrechtsverletzungen gegen BigTech schwierig zu sein. KI ignorieren hilft auch nicht, leider.

@eff Beating tyrants works best using their own weapons : reinventing the past with sweet #narratives. This is what happened with crypto after #Bitcoin's inventor Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared from public communication space in December 2010. It was redefined and highjacked for any kind of scam. I recently closed my X account and start again here because viral campaigns are harder to control on a decentralized open source platform. Stay with facts but don't get too close to opinion mainstream.
