> The Dow is over 50000 right now, the S&P at almost 7,000, and the Nasdaq smashing records. Americans' 401(k)s and retirement savings are booming. That's what we should be talking about. We should be talking about making Americans safe.

Wow, python has a great Active Releases timeline! I would love for other projects to have this visualization (like LTS branches of the Linux kernel)
I only have a few hours between when my child goes to bed, and when I run out of steam.
How many of those hours go towards _trying_ to properly configure traefik?

dealing with a fire from this BS today:
https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/81793
it's a wild read.
TL;DR
python's `os.link` previous to python-3.14 called `link` on linux. `os.link` has an implicit named parameter `follow_symlinks` that defaults to `True`. POSIX doesn't specify whether `link` should or should not follow symlinks; on linux `link` does not, but `linkat` with the `AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW` _does_. So prior to 3.14, users expecting `os.link` to follow symlinks implicitly (or explicitly) get surprised! 👎
