I respectfully disagree. If I was angry enough to leave footprints in someone’s bread, I’d want them to KNOW it. I wouldn’t just step on it, I’d press down with each individual toe. I’d want to make sure their groggy, half-asleep brain NOTICED. I can’t believe I’m thinking this out. WTF

It takes an enormous amount of energy to grow. One of my friend’s sons actually has stretch marks because he grew so quickly one summer. Within limits, I think teenagers have a license to eat ridiculous amounts of food.

What makes Basketball inherently democratic/liberal? What makes Baseball republican/conservative? Maybe the artist considered basketball “liberal” because many of the best players are Black, and the game is often played by kids in cities. I think better choices for a conservative sport would be American football or NASCAR. This is all just a guess.

The “doorman fallacy” is a major complaint I’ve had about past managers. I’d say things like “they let Excel manage the business. If there’s a cost without a painfully obvious benefit, it’ll be mindlessly cut. They put zero thought into intangible benefits. That’s why I’m always suspicious of new managers.”

I like that it’s basing its behaviors on the laws of physics. No messy human language, no opinions, slants, or agendas. AI just isn’t ready (or, possibly, will never be ready) to handle that shit. Plus, it’s not stealing work created by humans under the guise of “training”. I assume it still relies on datacenters, which are themselves ethically questionable. Still, this seems to be the “flavor” of AI that I hate the least.
