Day 3 of wegovy, woke up with my regular hunger, I guess that's how long 0.25mg of it last.
Armpit cyst is growing.
I'm down another 300 grams so 95.8kgs.
333 grams per day is my usual weight loss average speed, or to put it simply: 1 kg every 3 days.
The cyst is what worries me the most, it's not near or around but INSIDE the armpit, in the same area I had surgery back in 2022. All I can do is carry on all the way to ~80 kgs.
Coding is a nice distraction.

There's dopa but there's more noradrenaline (called norepinephrine in the US) and adrenaline. Your body REQUIRES movement, and your heart... well I'd rather show you.
There's no anxiety though. I normally end this by running. It kinds of resets it.

3. Using tags as "USpol" requires manual intervention, nobody does.
4. Mastodon follows BOOSTS of whoever you add by default, instead of making those opt-in
5. People don't use alt-text so filters at least filter Trump face becaus eof the alt-text.
6. The worst one: people use other names instead to call them so filters don't work.

There must be a way to come to the fediverse to read about anything other than ICE, Trump and US politics, but I for sure can't figure out how and:
1. I actively avoid following people who boost US politics.
2. I actively try to stick to people based in...elsewhere that's not the US.
3. I disable boosts for those who boost ANY sort of politics.
4. I have hundreds of word filters.
5. I follow other languages than English.
And yet, every day....I'm force-fed what I'm actively trying to avoid.
I don't get it, that's why I'm less here than usual.

...don't visualise, don't chunk, go for the first 2-minute frictionless task that's part of big task. Figure whether your main ED iussue is maintenance (not me) or initiation (definitely me) and focus on trying whatever tip works for you to bypass it.
5. Perfectionism. Visualisation, prepration, etc leads to freeze by nevere-nding perfectionism. Focus on DONE, not perfect. This is how I go to the gym, my workout routine won't ever be "the perfect one" and I've been growing muscles since 2018. ITERATION is better and prevents time-blindness by getting things done first, improved later.

7. Avoid US-based solutions. Sorry if this sounds terrible, but freedom of speech means freedom to lie and zero quality control. e.g.: this Ludovico guy lives in Europe and he faces real consequences if he was making up his shit, EfficientCoach is a US-based money-making machine with no actual real person name behind it.
8. If the book doesn't cost 20€ or more and is not in more places than just Amazon as an eBook, let alone all previous rules, it's probably another money-making machine.
I'm saying all this as an actual person who's written an AI-slop thingy to see how easy it is and got a hard copy here.

What would I not recommend? Getting his book unless you can afford it.
Why? Because the book is pretty much ALL of those infographics put together in book format. I've read the index.
What I don't recommend? Random people on the internet (specially instagram) who don't have skin in the game AND the education and credentials attached to it.

What are we all types of neurodiverse people EXCELLENT at?
PATTERN RECOGNITION
Knowing this, imagine what you can achieve with a DONE list. You can actually know exactly how long it takes you to do your morning chores, vaccum the flat, go and come back from the gym, hello???! This means an anti-time-blindness measure.
But again, this works for me, each ADHD has to find what works for them.

..., interest (I focused on the process, instead of the goal, not knowing this was my KEY solution for task-initiation freeze. I focused on making the routine stick, not on fitness).
Notice on none of the things on example 1 I mentioned the actual IMPORTANT goal: Reduce my body fat to 11% so that I don't get my hidradenitis suppurativa flaring up.
Why? Because OUR brains don't ever use IMPORTANCE as motivators.
Also what works for a person with ADHD might entirely NOT work for you or even be toxic.
1.e.g.: task chunking -> freezes me, I can spend a month chunking a task. While "is it done?" works...

Finally had the scheduled call from Hacienda (Spanish taxman) indeed, my Revolut account is blocked for 16,80€ I owed them due to not realising I didn't have notifications enabled on the AEAT (Hacienda) app on my Nothing Phone when I transferred the brains and configuration from my previous one.
They could have emailed (also enabled) or send a text message (also enabled) but nope, nothing.

1. I had two monitors. Moving stuff from one another was painfull.

The trick to avoid elvanse crash is multiple for me
1. Don't forget to eat. I have a tendency to do this.
2. Yes, the protein shake with the pill is a necessity not an option.
3. Bupropion 150mg.
The 3rd one is key. It plugs the hole of the dopamine bucket (my main issue) a lot better than Elvanse does while Elvanse increases release.
It's 2 days back on 50mg and I have no spikes nor crashes. Let alone I know I won't need 50mg every day. I can predict the dosage I'll need the next day whether 10, 20 or 50mg.
And I have full control of both memory (Bupropion) and attention

So today I learnt a few things.
1. For some odd reason I'm not getting notifications from Hacienda (Spanish taxman)
2. For 16 puny euros they can block 1 of my many accounts.
3. Finding out why I wasn't notified it's impossible.
4. To get it sorted you've got to talk to the number 91 333 5333 so they unblock the account EVEN though you already went to their site to pay it with c.card.
5. At least the person on that number can confirm the amount is the one you paid.
Considering how much they charge they could have improved their website and streamlined everything, let alone why I wasn't notified?

Laundry (3 washes, all weekly clothing and bedding: mine, Remo and Miguel's), sorted the Kallax to make space, moved plants, watered them, cleaned all surfaces with wood cleaner, remove stains from my bedroom floor, apparently someone put a carpet before me...and a lot more tasks like browsing my university books, I'm drained. 100% drained.

This is pretty much the default-mode network (rumination), roughly explained on ADHD is overactive/overdeveloped while the prefrontral (motivation, attention) is the messed up.
I just use the rumination to my favour. If my brain isn't ever going to be quiet, why not control the subjects it talks about?
Here the high-cognition is key, I don't think I'd be able to do this orchestration without the extra bandwidth.
Is not that Elvanse fucks my working memory, is that Elvanse shuts (methylphenidate even worse) what I've been using as working memory. Hence why for me it feels like going from MSDOS to Bash.
