The article I wrote with Andrea Kocsis has been published! My colleague Chris over at Churchill Archives Centre has acquired an 8-inch drive! However, we are both a bit baffled by the connection on it. It seems to have come from an IBM AS/400 server. Does anyone have any further information? Also, it seems that it has a different connection than the original 50-pin connection, is this correct (looks like maybe SCSI??)? Any leads would be much appreciated!!
