@aj Great reflections. You've influenced me and I think you're right. I'll start describing the fediverse in that way as a start - a rare place on the net where you can talk and surf around withiut ads, algorithms and AI slop.

I @genopretkbh@radikal.social har nogle af os på det seneste reflekteret over villighed. Specifikt hvad det kræver at ville lave aftaler i et fællesskab om, hvad vi gør, når der opstår smertefuld konflikt (en så kaldt konfliktplan). Det første skridt er altid at skabe villighed. En arbejdsteori vi har er, at der er nogle bestemte skridt, der går forud. Kort sagt: Først (1) Åbenhed, så (2) Nysgerrighed, så (3) Interesse og endelig (4) Villighed (beslutsomhed).
