You know the one thing all these rejected @notjustbikes@social.notjustbikes.com intro music clips have in common is that they take a long time to get to the groove. Musical intros aren't such a bad thing but the current tram intro could fit like 3 or 4 times in each of these songs' first few bars.

@mike@sauropods.win @w3c@w3c.social It's HTML in the way that humans understand HTML, yeah. But from a technical standards standpoint it's XHTML. The difference being that when W3C says "HTML" they mean what we in the wider world call HTML5 since they no longer use version numbers. Obviously, if your spec for EPUB says it must support the current ever-evolving HTML in totality, that's going to cause problems with years-old e-readers that don't receive updates.

@Gargron@mastodon.social Now take that information and couple it with the fact that a lot of business apps are now Electron-based. The only thing worse than running out of memory because of Chromium is running out of memory because you have 3 wholly separate instances of Chromium running with no shared resources.
