it feels like mojang is trying to kill modding with the way they do updates now. instead of having one large update every year, we have one tiny update every two months that adds like three items, but also changes internal code for absolutely no reason, forcing server owners and mod developers to update more often and fix shit. and by the time the mods and servers have caught up, the next update is already out :/
