surgical recovery always seems to happen when youre not looking. i am noticing myself bounce around, with a little more verve in my step. it also doesnt hurt that the swelling and bruising has gone down a bunch.

anyway, its well past my bedtime.

Today's selection is Fudge Sundae Supreme, which despite being vanilla ice cream and "chocolatey" fudge ripple, is a pretty chocolate-forward confection.

The addition of peanut butter cups aspires to a pleasant tripartite balance, but let's be honest: there can always be more peanut butter cups and it would be a good thing.

This dessert strives towards a delicate balance of flavours but doesnt quite find it. 5/10 spoons.
