There are a whole bunch of fedi bots you can subscribe to that let you know if you forget to add alt text to your images.

Is there a fedi bot you can subscribe to that checks the URLs of posts you make and lets you know immediately that they do not exist or 404? I’d rather not rely on @amymagdalena@lgbtqia.space to point it out every time.

Today, @darkphoenix@not.an.evilcyberhacker.net and I are going on what is possibly our craziest route to date: we are taking a train from Ibiza, to Colombia where we are then going to change onto another train which will take all the way to an airport.

There, we are giving in to ash’s national stereotype, and are flying off for a weekend holiday in the 17th Bundesland - Mallorca!

As this is the island I grew up on, I hope to at least show them that there is more to the island than Ballermann Sex.

For the lulz, I tried playing Perplexity at Mornington Crescent. It actually made a good game of it with some sneaky moves, including trapping me in the Dollis Hill loop…

It even called me out when a break out of the DLR required establishing helical parity through the core (which we’d twisted too much with inversions and repeats), so it bounced as invalid.

I am genuinely shocked at how close it came to winning.

It appears that Renfe has cancelled Alvia 622 for the forseeable, or at least, that's what someone on the booking line theorised. They certainly can't find it for sale further away than the 13th of March.

On the one hand, it was a 13 hour 30 min train. It was high speed only as far as Zaragoza and then spent the remaining 12 hours or so on the conventional lines.

But at the same time, it would get there. And it worked well. And it was cheap. I was seeing first class flex fares for 60,10€ one way

It's now been replaced with a change in Madrid. On the one hand, it is quicker, 9 hours in total, including a 1h 48 change time in which I will have to change from Atocha to Chamartín.

On the other hand, it now costs 142€ in first. For a service that is currently plagued with delays.

What's more, it may be 5 hours in a class 106, but nobody at Renfe is able to tell me what class the train is.
