here's my 'lil meal
it's rice rolls with a sweet & spicy (vegan) mayo

here's the "recipe":
· cut tear seaweed sheets (nori) in half
· hold each sheet over hot stove burner to toast, rotating and flipping so as to not burn (it'll get crinkly and crispy and a bit darker)
· stir about ½-1 tbs sesame seeds into rice
· spread rice over nori leaving a bit of uncovered space along one side
· roll toward the open edge, using it to overlap and seal the roll
· lightly salt rolls and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice

sauce was mayo (vegan) with sesame oil, sweet and spicy tabasco, and ground ginger to taste
