In SwiftUI, if I'm using ScrollViewProxy to scroll to a particular anchor in a List, is there any way to have it take the top contentMargin into account?

Why does the Coding Assistant in Xcode keep asking permission to read or search files inside my project no matter how many times I tell it to always allow?
