Here is a bit of #Python ( https://github.com/ology/Music/blob/master/multi-timbral-drum-fills.py ) telling my modular drums to play quasi-Euclidean beats with 4 gates of my #MIDI interface. The code randomly selects from a small list of note values and a velocity lambda. This part drives Plaits in its 5th "yellow model" and the Qu-bit Chord in minor mode.

I put my Spark drum machine up for sale on reverb. It is super cool, but not actually useful to me. Can't be controlled externally - which (is very dumb and) means everything to me, being a music programmer. Also, it requires an app or plugin to run. Alas.

Guess you can send an LFO through a VCA and out to an oscillator FM.

Here is an unattended Marbles into Plaits changing between 3 models and modulated by Triple Sloths and into a bit of delay. Also, being a beats-oriented person, my modular drums, of course. FM coming from Batumi II into Veils.
