@jpaskaruk @BlakeHamiltonCA I agree and also desagree with this! Learning to regulate one's emotion is different from "learning to control bad feelings", which I would call toxic positivity. Learning to regulate means you can actually learn how to aim your anger at the right place - for fighting for better conditions to you and yours, for example. We absolutely have to look at the whole picture, but I don't think it is a case of ONE OR THE OTHER...
