@EdwinG can someone explain to me how they afford this? It seems like specific circumstances...
It seems only possible with general wealth passing down a huge down payment? ( ie your parents downsized a home with lots of equity and gave you your $300k down payment)
Or if you were able to buy relatively cheaply in the early 2000s somewhere that later increased hugely and gave you enormous profit when you sold?
And obviously you have a partner and are sharing the mortgage?
