@brian_gettler It feels a lot like a tree-cutting issue to me. City councils can get tied up for hours on whether to cut a tree. Everyone understands what cutting a tree means, and some will be passionate about a particular one. But a complex policy matter may sail through as it's hard for most to grasp. I understand (and am mad about) mandatory attendance. But the consequences of what they're doing to trustees, funding and oversight? I suspect the latter will affect kids much more.
